Warranty and Statement of Limited Liability

Warranty: TFDVD Research Labs' will refund up to the amount of monies received on pre-mastering services in the event we are found to have submitted a faulty DVD image on DLT (hasn't happened in yet, in almost 6 years).

Liability: TFDVD Research Labs does not enter into any implied or actual liability with the performance of any of its services offered. All services are offered, as is, with only the above warranty on pre-mastering DVD Images to DLT being the sole remedy, if TFDVD Research Labs is found to be at fault. Under no eventuality is TFDVD Research Labs liable for consequential or other damages, even if it is found, through any reason, including, negligence, equipment malfunction or other occurrences, to have been the fault of TFDVD Research Labs.
