DVD Image Analysis: Eclipse ImageAnalysis® Testing on Your DDP Image Submitted on DLT, Hard Drive, Recordable or by FTP

Sooner or later, all DVD professionals run into trouble at the plant - unless specific measures are taken.

If you would like to insure your clients DDP file set on the DLT or Recordable disc does not have problems and won't be rejected at the plant, this minimally requires an Eclipse ImageAnalysis® test. Most replicators use Eclipse ImageAnalysis® as their only pre-replication test of your Image. If your Image passes with Eclipse at TFDVD Research Labs, it will pass with them. While not a full verification of your DVD, we offer this service to compliment your studios' proofing procedures.

Includes Trai's analysis and recommendations if there are problems.

Note: The last place you want to be with DVD Image problems, is at the replication facility, where their staff generally are not trained to be able to give you specific instructions on how to fix all the various problems.

Send us your DDP Image on DLT tape or DVD Recordable disc, or have us download your DDP Image by FTP, and we'll run the Eclipse ImageAnalysis® test and report anything amiss; including offering solutions by email or phone. We'll send you the Eclipse report by email and guarantee your replicator will be able to replicate the Image - no problem.

Testing the VIDEO_TS folder with the MEI DVD-Video Verifier®

The MEI DVD-Video Verifier® is the DVD Forum DVD-Video file system diagnostic suite; an extensive tool that reports on hundreds of conditions in your VIDEO_TS folder (your DVD's file systems). DVD Specification IFO settings, VOB navigation packs settings, stream navigation pack settings, AC3 audio stream compliance, etc.. All DVD projects' VIDEO_TS folders should have the MEI DVD-Video Verifier® test performed on them, as remember, the replicator does not test these file systems.

Send us a playable DVD-Recordable, or download your DVD build folder by FTP, at any point in the production process, and we'll know for sure all is well. If there is a problem(s), we report it to you; Includes 15 minute phone consultation to discuss solutions to any issues.
